ABOUT ABBI

Life is meant
to be lived
fully.

I’m Abbi Macdonald, a mom, wife, entrepreneur, and creative spirit who believes in living with purpose, curiosity, and joy.

My path has never been especially linear, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every detour has shaped the way I think about wellness, creativity, family, and what it means to build a life you genuinely love.

MY PHILOSOPHY
Purpose. Curiosity. Joy. And plenty of room to change course.
THE FIRST CHAPTER

From stage lights
to a new direction.

After earning my B.A. in Theater Arts, I spent five exciting years acting in Los Angeles. My days were filled with auditions, rehearsals, stage performances, screen work, and all the creative energy that came with chasing that dream.

Then a back and neck injury forced me to slow down. What felt like an abrupt ending at the time became the beginning of an entirely different chapter.

THE DETOUR
It taught me resilience, adaptability, and that changing direction doesn’t mean you’ve lost your way.
FAMILY + WELLNESS

Building a life
around what matters.

In 2001, I married my best friend, Mark, and not long after we started our family. Becoming parents made us think differently about the kind of life we wanted to create.

We wanted freedom, flexibility, purpose, and work that could genuinely help people. That vision led us to build Venice Nutrition and eventually PFC3, alongside our incredible business partner Carrie Lupoli.

What began as a way to create a healthier life for our own family grew into something much bigger. And through every season, the goal has stayed surprisingly simple: help people feel better while building a life we’re excited to wake up to.

THE BIG IDEA
Build the work around the life, not the life around the work.
THE CREATIVE SIDE

That part of me
never went anywhere.

Even as my path shifted toward wellness and entrepreneurship, I never stopped creating.

Video, storytelling, photography, and those completely unplanned moments that somehow become the best memories. Creativity still finds its way into almost everything I do.

NOT A SIDE NOTE
For me, creativity and wellness are both ways of feeling more connected to the life we’re actually living.

The best parts usually aren't planned.
WHAT I BELIEVE

The goal isn’t a
perfect life.

It’s a life that feels like yours. One with room to grow, change direction, create something new, take care of yourself, love your people, and enjoy the season you’re actually in.

That’s what I’m still figuring out too, and that’s what I hope to share here.

Live fully. Stay curious. Keep becoming.
